New queer, Black owned bar adds cafe hours
Nectar Social Club, a queer, Black owned bar and music venue, just opened up the Cafe component of their business.
Open all day and all night, Nectar Social Club offers now offers coffee and other delicious non alcoholic options during cafe hours. With indoor and outdoor space, it’s the perfect spot to pull up with a friend for some quiet conversation, cowork, read a bit or whatever the vibe calls for. When the sun goes down, Nectar Social Club transforms into a bar, with an eclectic line up of events happening nearly every night.
Through their intentionally curated events, Nectar Social Club fosters creative connections that mirror the diversity of Oakland. They are passionate about amplifying new and unheard voices, connecting diverse communities, and providing an accessible platform with local creators and community champions who value authentic self-expression.
